It’s my work back office and it’s a mess

My franchise had me create a re image software on my flash drive
I did ..took me 4 hrs on Sat night

I try it ..and it appears to work then the MF computer freezes up

I call HP !! They do diagnostic tests and find zero hardware problems to the both the hard drive and the memory

Hp says it’s my boot drive for reimagine
Franchise thinks it’s the mother board

It can test the memory as being fine, but still replacing the memory card can do the trick.
Sometimes even cleaning any excess dust buildup on the memory card can work.
So did you reboot in safe mode and get in and check for disk errors and virus?
If you have a peer to peer file share program delete it with all the partial loaded files and associated files that could have corrupted your computer. Did you restore to a prior working restore point?
Lastly, till you find the culprit, (it might be a bad windows update) you can sometimes over ride the freezes and blue screens by properly shutting down then turning the rear power on off switch off for a while then back on before restarting or even shut down using the power supply switch and that sometimes causes the computer to restore defaults or fix it's own disk errors.
Last resort is doing one of those cmos short out reset tricks on the motherboard, it's easy if you read up on it (or find youtube vids on "how to reset cmos")and can find it (small print) on the motherboard.

Did you Fdisk /MBR?
This will rewrite the MBR and probably fix it.
*Note* if you dual boot this will destroy the boot record for the other OS
