Rustic I just checked out Barry Hussaine's Feb. 27, 2018 presentation and he stated wanted a non-library because he wanted something that would have a real impact in training a whole bunch of "community organizers." Also, there will be basketball courts. As we recall, Slick Willie's "midnight basketball" league was such a success in keeping "super predators" as Crooked Hillary used to say, off the streets at night.
