This woman is toast.

Keep dreaming. She's taken away any convention bounce, is all anyone wants to talk about now, and is deflating the air out of the Obama-is-an-exciting-young-candidate sentiment in the media.

Obama's going to have to take her out of the headlines after the GOP conv, because the momentum has clearly shifted.

At this point, none of these scandal stories will do anything except make the core voters contribute more.

The GOP would be unwise to pursue the William Ayers issue, because it's going to send all the core Obama supporters into a defiant, fundraising fit, same with the Dems and Palin state trooper story. Objective now is to stay in the news, not electrify the other side even more.
