An investigation reveals that the recent Colorado fire was started by a so-called "controlled burn". In other words the US forest service started a fire that killed three people. A 9-11 call by a resident was released and in the call the man was informed that the fire was a "controlled burn" (and not to worry?). He questioned why the forest service would burn during 60 mph winds and the 9-11 dispatcher did not answer. According to the weather channel he did not survive.
