While apprecioate your opinion that is a definition of campaign funds that is grotesquely overly broad and will not stand up in court.

justg because partisan jurists try to redefine a crime it does not constitute a crime.

Campaign finances are specifically defined and separated from other funds. Someone who accepts campaign funds and runs for election would be crippled in their private business dealings if ANYTHING can be ruled to benefit a campaign and thus the non-campaign fuinds are retroactively reconsidered as campaign funds after the fact.
