A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure” of classified information.
“I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of SCI by me could cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation,” the agreement states.
Clinton received at least two emails while secretary of state on her personal email server since marked “TS/SCI”—top secret/sensitive compartmented information—according to the U.S. intelligence community’s inspector general."

We KNOW Hillary signed the disclosure document - required by law for anyone handling classified information - acknowledging she was fully aware of her responsibilities and the consequences of UN-AUTHORIZED disclosure and mis-handling of TS/SCI information AND of the punishment involved with violating this.
We KNOW Hillary did NOT take the required training, also required by law, necessary to legally handle classified information. Her not doing so is a CRIME.
But here is one of the things that the average US citizen, and self-appointed 'expert' regarding classified information (who have said nothing criminal has been proven) is WRONG and completely misses.
There are multiple levels on 'classifications' for information, such as 'Un-Classified', 'For Official Use Only', 'SECRET', Top Secret (TS), and top secret/sensitive compartmented information (TS/SCI). There are different level of SERVER classifications as well.
Plain English: TS/SCI information can ONLY be stored, sent, and received on TS/SCI Servers / Systems. TS/SCI information, such as that found on Hillary's SECRET Server, hard drive, and e-mails can NOT LEGALLY be stored, sent, and received on SECRET systems, servers, hard drives, and e-mails.
- The TS/SCI information found in Hillary's e-mails could ONLY have been originally been sent/received/ SEEN on a TS/SCI network/system, meaning whoever got this - whether it was Hillary or anyone else HAD to have been KNOWINGLY on the TS/SCI network/systems and thus knew the classification level of the information.
To get that information onto a SECRET system / network / server / hard drive / e-mail, the person would have had to transfer the information onto a disk or memory stick and put it ILLEGALLY on the SECRET systems OR would have had to transfer the data by physically typing the TS/SCI information into the SECRET systems/server. This is not MIS-HANDLING TS/SCI information - this an INTENTIONAL ILLEGAL TRANSFER OF DATA. THIS IS MOST CERTAINLY A CRIME!
- Hillary said she did not have a personal e-mail account.
- She said she only used one devise...then two....then admitted to 3.
- She said her server was well-protected and encrypted. It turns out she hung TS/SCI / SECRET information on 'The Cloud'.
- Her server was NOT encrypted properly and did not meet legal standards, was being held and maintained by an IT company without the proper authorizations to do so by employees who did not have the proper legal security clearances to do so, and the server was found IN THEIR BATHROOM instead of inside a 'SCIF' where TS/SCI in which information and systems are legally required to be stored.
- She said she never sent or received classified information. Over 600 classified e-mails have been found on her server and in her e-mails that she either sent or received. 2 of them have turned out to contain TS/SCI information - information that it released / hacked could cause "irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation" - a FACT that she herself acknowledged when she signed the disclosure form.
It is now PROVEN that VERY SERIOUS crimes have been perpetrated, and not one single person has been punished for these crimes yet, primarily because Hillary has perjured herself (CRIMES repeatedly, continues to engage in this cover-up in order to protect her own ass and her potential run for the Presidency.
It is now known that she has ZERO credibility regarding this issue now. No matter what she is and has been proven guilty of crimes regarding the mis-handling of classified information and the release of that information that has the potential to cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation". Whether it was HER who illegally transferred TS/SCI information from a TS/SCI system to her 'SECRET' system or not, she and/or whoever provided her with this information KNEW it was classified. Hillary - or SOMEONE - has to 'burn' for this, as it HAS now reached a level of intentional criminal actions that have jeopardized national security.
IF we do not know who had access to TS/SCI information, downloaded that information off of a TS/SCI system, and gave it to Hillary, we also don't know how MUCH TS/SCI information was illegally downloaded, WHAT TS/SCI information was illegally down-loaded, and who ELSE was being fed this information. Although I seriously doubt Huma Abdein would be given a TS/SCI clearance, a background check showed her family has connections to/with terrorists. For all we know Huma down-loaded the TS/SCI, gave it to Hillary, and passed the information on. The point is WE DON'T KNOW!
If Hillary was an average citizen she would be in jail right now with several agencies interrogating her to find out who had access and downloaded TS/SCI information found on her SECRET server. The investigation would no longer be focused solely on the 'mis-handling' of classified....it would also be concerned about and focusing on ESPIONAGE.
