A fresh wave of sectarian-inspired clashes have broken out in the Egyptian city of Minya, local media reported on Tuesday.

Violence in the religiously mixed city in Upper Egypt, some 200km south of Cairo, reportedly spread from the nearby Yaacoub village following a dispute. Around a dozen people have been arrested, various news agencies said.

According to privately owned ONA news agency, the local Muslim population took to the streets and pelted Christian houses with Molotov cocktails after hearing that the villages Coptic residents were planning on building a new church.

Let's face it. They even kill each other -- Sunnis and Shia. What I found especially sad is that two young Ahmadiyya Muslim girls were burned to death by Sunnis the other week because of what another Ahmadiyya posted on his Facebook page. You can understand why the Ahmadiyya say they only feel safe in America. They are the sect who doesn't believe that Mohammed was the final prophet.

generally ----in lands in which muslims conquered by murder, rape and pillage----
Christians LEFT-----there were places for Christians to go-----since most of Europe was
being Christianized------but jews had no place to go----so stayed put. Thus in north Africa---
in general----there were few Christians left for the muslims to rape ----so they had only the jews
to rape and murder and exploit. HOWEVER in southeast asia------they hate the HINDUS.
Non jews need not feel LEFT OUT. In my earliest encounters with muslims and hindus----
the first issue I noted was the UTTER CONTEMPT muslims show hindus------however hindus
seem to remain "blase' " as if they are used to it. An example of Christians who did stay put---
because they had no place to go-----are the southern Sudanese-------that is why they were recently
subjected to a genocide-------which---of course---muslims deny took place
