Cincinnati lifts general seating ban after Who concert tragedy

This is a real sore spot in Cincy. That concert is remembered by everyone old enough and was a terrible tragedy. I don't know if lifting the ban is the right thing to do or not. I don't think however that Bruce's audience will be too roudy.
