I thought vaping was supposed to help people quit smoking cigarettes (at least that is what a lot of people said). Now they are saying smoking is a way to cure vaping?

I get this so much. I started smoking when I was 17. I smoked like 2 packs per year. That’s right. Per year. I never got hooked on cigarettes. I became curious about this vaping crap. I have been totally hooked since May 2021.

I have tried to smoke cigarettes to break the habit but then I just end up smoking just as much as I vape. This vaping stuff is a brilliant way to escalate the addiction of nicotine.

I wish I would have never tried vaping. I feel like a heroine addict. I have only been able to stop a few times.

I used to smoke them both, now having medical issues due to this i don't know, but I have had a cought since May, and it's not going away got 2 x-rays nothing has come back , have other medical issues as well .
