So (Tammy), the prompt that badger2 received was to start another thread because the one below had not been replied to for 120 days. Don't know who sent the prompt which was on the screen below the reply area (a first phenomenon of this type), though badger never replied to the thread:

This great state has also passed a woman's protection act which will build more shelters provide housing for domestically abused moms... and it will keep men in dresses from competing in woman's sports....
