a few notes about gradually getting rid of big debt among your *own* civilians :
- best done slowly, over the span of at least 10 years.
- massive domestic propaganda campaign in China to promote savings and how to let others invest with that money, ***SAFELY*** or with ***VERY-LOW-RISK***.
- keep that propaganda campaign inside selected simple-arranged China for now, until enough experience has been keeping oppressive measures and confiscates of civilian smartphones been accumulated among your troops.

cyber warfare is viral warfare but instead with information (not all of which is true or even properly explained to the target audience(s)) as destabilizing force instead of some kinda poison that spreads from life-form to life-form arbitrarily.

cyber warfare also has many other serious implications for all nations building and fielding such comms-tech as smartphones and the network hardware that makes their comms possible.

it's an never-ending arms-race in itself... the ambition to be able to take over any smartphone in any nation other than your own, even with all the hardware and software to do that, store that, index that, make searcheable that, in official intel organisations of governments around this Earth..

interesting move. assuming getting rid of personal debt is going to increase your economic strength again.
IT's UP TO CHINA'S LEADERSHIPS OF COURSE, but my next question, AFTER they announce they are going to make THIS plan of theirs a reality for China :
NATO could use a map of where China wants to add military bases of any sorts. Same for Russia. Take your time, and pretty soon there-after, you get a brand-new nato bases not far from their new base, to make sure the travel distances stay *far away from each other enough at all time*, espcially duing WW-times like we're in today.
