Chicken Pepperoni Pizza Pasta And Maple Wood

Last night I took some chicken breasts and beat the hek out of them until they were flat. I rolled it up stuffed with pepperoni and grilled them. Cut them up into small pieces of put them over a bed of noodles, mozzarella and marinera.
It was delicious! Everyone loved it! Even my picky five year old. He hates everything but bread lol
And for the wood smoking guys, I had my silver maple tree break a branch. I will have some EXCELLENT smoking wood for about a month. Pork tenderloin will now be bought in bulk lol. Smooth sweet flavor with a fruity spicy bbq sauce? Forgetaboutit
