Manson was friends with The Beach Boys. Brian Wilson was scared of him. Manson once held a knife to Wilson's throat and said how would you like it if i killed you. do it, wilson muttered, and manson backed off. wilson was self-destructive. Manson bragged that prison was his daddy, and the streets were his mother.

When liberals inveigh against the death penalty, their first argument is that “life without parole” is actually a harsher punishment. They then invariably start arguing for parole. And here we are...

She tried to murder the President of the United States bu he was a republican so it doesn't count.
Not sure what any of your posts have to do with liberals or anything else

Lynette Alice "Squeaky" Fromme (born October 22, 1948) is an American criminal best known as a member of the "Manson family". She attempted to assassinate U.S. President Gerald Ford in 1975. She was sentenced to life imprisonment for the attempt, but was released on parole on August 14, 2009, after serving nearly 34 years.

But is she a danger to herself or society?

She did a despicable act and was a part of some drug crazed cult, but... how many years later is it? Does any of it really matter of she has become a law abiding citizen?

She's also 70 years old.

Not only was she part of the Manson Family, but she tried to assassinate a president. She should be in jail the rest of her life.

He and his followers stayed in Dennis Wilson's house for a time.

This is why we need a death penalty frequently applied.

The death penalty is no punishment. It’s a release from punishment.

Life in some stinking, filthy prison surrounded by all sorts of deviates and low lifes with no chance of parole is punishment.

Meh...most people wouldn't want to spend a day in prison but humans are odd sorts and some people adapt and learn to get by under the prison routine.

Oh please.

She tried. She failed. She served what was it, 34 years?

She received a life sentence, not surprisingly she was paroled early despite escaping at one point during her incarceration, she also attacked a fellow inmate with a hammer. She has continued to worship Manson and unlike most of the others in the "family" has never renounced him. She's bad through and through and should still be in jail.

I kind of agree but would rather be strapped down in Ol Sparky and have them flip the switch than to spend the rest of my days eating, shitting, and sleeping with the scum of the earth.

She received parole yes, which is part of the system.

She did not get a pardon
