Lets make ALL cops undercover. Yep. Every single cop drives an unmarked, random make/model car, and dresses just like normal people. You never know who is a cop.

That would be great, right? Think just how much safer and law abiding society would be if you never knew if the person next to you was an on-duty cop or not?!

Interesting idea....but if a plain clothed cop pulls a gun on a plain clothed robber how do you as a plain clothed hero know who to shoot?
