It's so easy, so why the hell not?

First thing in the morning, before you do anything else!

I take 1 glass of distilled water, juice from 1/2 of a lemon, and mix it with 1/2 to 1 tea spoon of Cayenne pepper. Then I hold my nose and drink it.

That's probably good for you but a bit extreme for me. Keep more tips coming. :) I read you can reverse heart disease just by diet. A very healthful diet and exercise.

I hope you realize you need fat to live. Low fat/high carb diets are the real killers.
 
The low fat thing is going away. Some are now starting to think it was based on poor science. Not that you should have a high-fat diet, but fat is natural, and we've been consuming it for eons.

I do like cayenne. I've started to eat hotter food again. I used to eat fire-hot food when I was younger, but tempered it in middle age - it's hard on my GI system! But I've been reading the benefits of cayenne, so we've started to eat it again.
