Can block sigs but not pics in sigline?

So I personally find a member's picture in his sig to be something I would rather not see. Since this person tends to post quite a bit, there is no way to avoid it...so I blocked signatures. All of the photos and sig lines are gone except for this one particular photo.

What gives?
