Hill did not fill in sections of the form that indicated when he acquired or may have disposed of the stock.

Hill may have acquired the Jacobs shares through a merger, in which Jacobs acquired engineering and environmental management firm CH2M, based in Colorado.

Before joining WSP, Hill was a longtime senior executive at CH2M in Europe, where he worked on a broad range of infrastructure projects, according to his resume. It is unclear from his disclosure form whether he owned the Jacobs stock before the merger.

The acquisition was announced Aug. 2, 2017, and completed Dec. 18, 2017. If Hill held CH2M stock, he probably knew he would own the Jacobs shares before he signed the contract modification but did not actually own them until months after he signed the document. The acquisition terms were extremely favorable to CH2M shareholders, and media accounts at the time said executives at the company would benefit substantially.

The reason why the corrupt Democrat politicians love "infastructure" spending so much is because of all the graft that makes them rich. It's the same thin with Global Warming spending.

Let’s put Dimms in charge of making the nation green in the next 12 years or we are all going to die!

Actually they don't have "bullet trains", i.e. High speed rail.

High-speed rail in India - Wikipedia

India does not have any railways that can be classified as high-speed rail (HSR) by international standards, i.e. railways with operational speeds exceeding 200 km/h (120 mph).[1] The current fastest train in India is the Vande Bharat Express (aka Train 18) with an operational speed of 130 km/h (81 mph) and average speed of 100 km/h (62 mph), which runs between New Delhi and Varanasi.[2]

As usual, a big nothing burger. People who oppose the high-speed rail project filing recreational complaints.

It’s a shame it didn’t work. Florida needs one from Tampa to Orlando to South Florida.

It should have been privatized, then it would have worked.

Even our fastest train... The Acela is 50 years old

America can afford bullet trains... corruption removed
We have 50 year old infrastructure

Wrong, we have infrastructure that ranges from decades old, to centuries old, to only a few years old.

Should we tear down the Brooklyn Bridge because it is older than 50 years?
We sold out modern infrastructure in return for tax cuts to the wealthy

Always think of the late Senate swim coach Teddy Kennedy whenever the subject of CA’s MoneyPit train comes up. It’s like the Big Dig was a smaller scale tuneup for this mother of all dimocrat dollar boondoggles, except the Dig actually got done. Thus far the bullet’s a bunch of billions down the crapper and that’s about it. Stupidity on steroids to waste another nickel.

No, local government ignore infrastructure to pander to illegals and ban plastic bags and straws.

There is plenty of money and time for infrastructure if local governments cared about it, instead of worrying about other issues.

Completely agree...just sayin, we can do it to if we remove the political corruption, project give backs etc.
As well as hyper environmentalism. You can bet your ass India didn't have to comply with 100's of environmental studies, limitations, requirements etc.

Man, you must hate being wrong so much on one thread.

Acela Express - Wikipedia

An inaugural VIP run of the Acela occurred on November 16, 2000,[23] with the VIP train being led by power car number 2020 with no. 2009 at the opposite end, followed by the first revenue run on December 11, 2000, a few months after the intended date.
