California Reparations Task Force calls for eliminating child support debt for Black residents

The California Reparations Task Force is asking the Democrat-controlled state legislature to eliminate interest on past-due child support, as well as any back child support debt for Black residents of the state.

In its final report released last week, the group claimed “discriminatory” laws “have torn African American families apart,” and that one effect of that is the “harms” caused by “the disproportionate amount of African Americans who are burdened with child support debt.”

The nearly 1,100-page document stated that Black Californians represent a larger percentage of those who owe child support debt than their proportion of the state’s population.

It also claimed the 10% interest the state charges on back child support “hinders” their ability to finance further education, attend job training, find employment and maintain housing because of the legal consequences of not paying such debt.

Somehow I don't think it was in the interest of their child support that kept them from pursuing higher education or job training. But, if they are all gonna be millionaires anyway why worry about it at all, just go ahead and wipe the state clean. Hey, they might make a sting operation out of it.....Call the deadbeat and tell him to come collect his reparations at the courthouse, and put the cuffs on him when he gets there for back child support.

Nothing would change for the children. Black men don't pay child support now. Children live on public benefits. All this would do is eliminate the debt.

The children will not be punished at all. They don't get child support now. They live on the state benefits their mothers apply for. Eliminating the child support obligation of black fathers only recognizes a reality.

At this point blacks just need to come out and be honest with everyone.

Just get it out in the open and say "we want a lot of money and not have to do anything for it. We don't want to be responsible or accountable for anything we say or do. We want to do anything we want and everyone will do anything we demand".

Because that's pretty much what they want.

We need to set aside a couple billion dollars for reparations and poll every single black person "do you want reparations"? And take the information of all that way yes and once the list is compiled we use the reparations fund to buy them all a one way plane ticket to Africa and say tell them not to even try coming back and take away their ID and passport and revoke their citizenship.
