They must be expecting the Supreme Court to rule against their cases.

Do you know the way to San Jose? Republicans who were abused by left wingers might not get their day in court but I expect the city will be looking for a new Police Chief in the near future who isn't some angry Hilly supporter if they don't want to go broke fending off law suits.
