it's nice to see that president obama and his administration hold the constitution in the same high regard as president bush and his thugs.
    hope and change continues:

Google and an alliance of privacy groups have come to Yahoo's aid by helping the Web portal fend off a broad request from the U.S. Department of Justice for e-mail messages, CNET has learned.

In a brief filed Tuesday afternoon, the coalition says a search warrant signed by a judge is necessary before the FBI or other police agencies can read the contents of Yahoo Mail messages--a position that puts those companies directly at odds with the Obama administration.

sweet. the law professor said he respects the constitution. it'd be nice if he'd obey it. at least he's discontinued the use of signing statements.

    oh, wait...

tbo, whats sad is, how the libs were so vocal about this with bush, and now are silent that obama is doing the same thing....this will only lead to more intrusions by the government, unless independents or cons can raise their voices this time

Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

Tried to tell those Bush bots all this shit was a bad idea, but did they listen?

Nope, and now Barry and his Obamatrons are doing it too.

It's amazing because they wear their hypocrisy as a badge of pride.

Well all the morons that had no problem with the Patriot act and domestic spying .... your chickens have come home to roost. The product of shallow fear based power grabbing thinking is all of a sudden bad? How many times was this sacred territory in the constitution trampled on by Bush and Cheney? How many warned of this very thing when it mattered and fascists howled in support? You allways act like your current idiot boy will be the last administration. You will never learn ...will you.

First, I'm going to assume that you're using "your/you" in the general sense. Second, what is your point other than agreeing with me that the libs are a bunch of fucking hypocrites??
