Well we can agree that those distances (60'/40'/20') are ridiculous.
Okay. Okay. I was way off. I guess this all comes down to a subjective judgment call. One simply hopes that the one responsible for making the judgment does not have too much of an itchy trigger finger and let it all loose at the first sign of discomfort. At the same time, one hopes that the one responsible for making the judgment isnt too apathetic and lethargic. Is there a set rule about when to warn and when to shoot? If not, then I suppose that each knowledgeable captain may have his own opinion.
