Some sort of credible declaration of victory is needed in China so advance/decline ratios are hitting records reflecting the conclusion that the declaration is a gimme. But China's big problems are a rapidly shrinking labor force fraction that isn't fully reflected in the standard LFF numbers. Retirement age is 55 for women and 60 for men in China, which is a much lower age than the standard ages used to calculate LFF. Add in a declining birthrate and China is in big trouble.
China also has a relatively large military and police fraction that stunts economic growth and territorial claims that angers its neighbors
Then there is the assumption that AG Barr will not bring suit against sanctuary jurisdictions, ballot box stuffing and similar D stunts. That is likely to be an error. Political turmoil and judgements against Blue Wall states are likely to offset the sugar high from the meaningless end of the trade war.
The wall will not be finished. How this will help the economy?
