Perhaps most notably, the district attorney’s office concluded that Araiza couldn’t have led the girl into the alleged gang rape because he “left” the home at about 12:30 a.m., an hour prior to when evidence suggested the alleged gang rape would have occurred.

So he had left by the time all this was happening, and the videos show the girl seemingly participating in sexual acts willingly with several other men.

This is why the criminal code was setup for innocent until proven guilty.

I would like to see the Bills at least let him come compete for the punter job, that is the very least they should do. He got a raw deal no two ways about it
