British Chellenger 2 Tank incinerated In Ukraine

The crew got out. That's the big difference between western tanks and Russian junk. If a Russian tank is hit, the crew dies. Western tanks are designed to protect their crews.

So, no loss of consequence. Ukraine has plenty of tanks to spare, and it turns out tanks are not that useful at the moment. Due to the density of the minefields, tanks can't use armored breakthrough tactics in Ukraine, so they're held back a ways and used as direct fire support now. After one thing didn't work, Ukraine adapted.

Did they get out? and you are right about one thing the tanks are not much good when up against heavy fortified positions, that's why the Russians are annihilating them.
