I thought it was only the local cities and municipalities that were on the hook for these billion dollar stadiums. Had no idea that any federal funds at all were being spent on these. yeah, it probably would....but I will say....I don't think there's another President that would ever do what Trump did or use his bully pulpit in that manner....so the precedence by the courts would die with his exit of office...
