truth to what? I have worked in very large hospital compounds in the USA----they ALL had subterranean spaces and
since they all had MULTIPLE buildings---they ALL had connecting tunnels. It is not much of leap to see how a militant pile of shitty terrorists would find such spaces USEFUL. Sometimes some of the spaces become so obscure----that
some arcane procedure can end up in use therein--------well, there are complications that I try not to remember

absolutely NOT----I alluded to the fact that a TUNNEL in a hospital
complex is not at all unusual. They are used by medical personnel to get
from one building to the other during bad weather or even wars.
Nor are basement facilities and complex
spaces-----used for various hospital needs---one of which is the MORGUE,
which is usually kinda secluded and in a basement. Other secluded places
are in many ways "secured" for various kinds of procedures---and the MRI suite is a nice place to store rifles---it is relatively secured too. Temperature control is
important in MRI suites among other issues. Having tunnels under hospitals
would not be considered UNUSUAL---THAT is what Hamas is USING

Hamas in 2021 claimed to have built 500 kilometers (311 miles) worth of tunnels under Gaza, though it is unclear if that figure was accurate or posturing. If true, Hamas’ underground tunnels would be a little less than half the length of the New York City subway system.
The hospital was only the most recent find and proof that Hamas uses civilians as shields.
