On March 24, 2020, supposedly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Republican Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske bent to demands by Democrats and state administrators and announced a plan essentially to abolish in-person voting and conduct, instead, an “all-mail election” for the June 9, 2020 primary election. According to the plan, all active registered voters in Nevada automatically will be mailed a primary-election ballot for mail-in voting. Voters are not required to take any action or steps, such as submitting a mail-in-ballot request application, in order to receive a ballot in the mail.

The lawsuit filed against Nevada today comes less than a month after True the Vote won a stunning victory for election integrity in New Mexico, stopping the state’s efforts to impose universal mail-in voting. On March 30, a group of New Mexico county clerks together with the secretary of state, petitioned the Supreme Court to shut down all in-person voting in the June 2 New Mexico primary election and impose, instead, universal mail-in voting.

In Virginia, True the Vote filed a preliminary injunction to stop the Virginia State Board of Elections fromdesignating ever yone in Virginia as “disabled” as a means to illegally allow all voters to request an absentee ballot, even though current law passed by the Virginia State Assembly prevents them from doing so. This action will result in disenfranchisement of voters, since Virginia election officials are not equipped with the resources needed to handle a mass influx of mail ballots, and they do not have procedures in place to guarantee that all eligible voters will receive a ballot.

To date, True the Vote has taken legal action in New Mexico, Nevada, and Virginia, with plans to engage in more states as necessary, where groups are taking steps to usurp the rule of law and remove critical safeguards that guarantee free and fair elections.

I do not understand why the State Health Dept, or the Social security admin, do not send notice to voter registration offices when a citizen dies at the same time the death certificate is issued.... we are in the digital age, for goodness sake!

The Social Security Administration admits millions of Fake SSN's are out there working every day in this country.......nothing is done about Fake SSN's ....they will not even go after identity theft.

There are methods and procedures that prevent voter fraud by mail, that the 4 states that do only mail in votes, with no in person voting, who have perfected the security that other states need to institute, to tighten up the process.

The biggest voter fraud for mail in/absentee ballots covered late last year, in North Carolina, by a campaign operative hired by the Republican candidate.....

In NC, mail in ballots could be collected by a third party and turned in....this republican operative sent people out to black neighborhoods to collect the mail in ballots and changed their votes and/or did not turn in the absentee ballots at all.... He got caught.....

How many don't get caught is the question...........easier to cover the fruad when the whole vote is by mail..........time and time again military mail in votes weren't counted...........Ask ACORN about that.

These states that have been doing only mail in voting for a while have come close to perfecting its security, and should be looked at by other states imo.

I highly doubt it..........if people are too lazy to go to the polls and vote.....then they shouldn't vote at all...........please don't tell me how it is a burden for them to do that.......lol

Duh, the virus will be at peak again in November so the scientists say.... this vote by mail keeps the 100 million at risk and elderly adults safe, and anyone else that is healthy but has someone at risk like a daughter with cancer, at home that they are trying to protect.

The more people voting by mail vs going to a polling place, the safer the polling place will be....less people in crowds, easier to manage the 6ft of separation and other sanitizing....less exposure to the poll workers....

The order requires that each county’s elections officials send vote-by-mail ballots for the November 3, 2020 General Election to all registered voters. ​

The trick with all that, aside from the naked power grab, is that there are way too many registered voters for a valid election under these circumstances and opens the door for more Voting Dead.
