Time to round up the terrorists of BLM and give them a one way ticket to Sudan.

BLM had nothing to do with Dallas and in all likelihood nothing to do with Baton Rouge.

Actually they do. They and the NBPP together have been calling for the wholesale murder of police. Thus, even if they aren't on hand when the foul deed is done, they ARE in no small part responsible.

Ohhh a post on the internet ! We surely can't fond some right winger with a super racist post ! And then take him as speaking for all conservatives !

You're going down a very slippery slope that could have devastating consequences for the First Amendment. One, we don't even know who the shooter is or their motivation. Two, even if it turns out it is a revenge shooting and is affiliated with BLM or the NBPP, are you saying individuals are no longer responsible for their own actions?

Not really. Inciting to riot is one of those things not covered by the 1st Amendment. People are allowed to "peacefully gather". Nowhere does it say they are free to call for the death of people. Of course the shooter is ultimately responsible for their actions, however, those who incite others to commit murder are every bit as culpable. When i was a younger man I can still remember the professional agitators stirring up the masses to do their attacks and before the police were able to respond they would melt away to watch and monitor the results of their work.

The constitution was set up to curb mob rule....mobs have no rights other that what the majority decides until such time the mob is no longer a mob....the matter will soon be in we the people's hands it seems....

Apparently, you are already at rock bottom, believing that inciting violence is (or should be) protected speech. As long as it isn't directed at you, of course.

If a white carried a sign at an Obama speech saying "Obama, Bang Bang", how many seconds before the Secret Service had him hog tied and whisked off to a secret location?
First Amendment has boundaries.
