North Charleston officer shoots teen | The Post and Courier - Charleston, South Carolina
So a cop gets a call in a predominantly black neighborhood. All the info is a fight, and a black male with dreadlocks was involved. White cop sees a black male with dreadlocks.......one of hundreds matching that description who live in that area of North Charleston. He gets out to speak with him, and the animal pulls a 9mm handgun on the cop, for no reason, unprovoked, just because the cop wanted to speak to him. Cops shoots his dumb ass, injures him doesn't kill him.
Was this profiling? What are the odds this black male was the actual black male in the original fight?
Too many black males carrying guns getting involved in far too many crimes these days. When the statistics shift, the profiling will stop. Til then........we can only go off the data that black males are committing a HUGELY disproportionate amount of violent crime. Facts are facts.
