About 80% of Black babies are born out of wedlock. If Black lives matter how can 75% of Black men abandon their parental responsibility? More Black babies are aborted statistically than White babies. How can Black lives really matter other than a political slogan?

Even if true - does that mean they should be shot down like dogs? Since when is bad parenting a capital offense?
