The Logan Act is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. It was passed in 1799 and last amended in 1994. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years.

The text of the Act is broad and is addressed at any attempt of a US citizen to conduct foreign relations without authority. However, there is no record of any convictions or even prosecutions under the Logan Act.[1][2]

Alex Jones' Infowars: There's a war on for your mind!

LOL, you are insane. The first step to getting help is realizing just how insane you are.

your projecting your own issues on to reality's and facts such as the bilderburg conference taking place right now and how this seems to contravene the Logan act

LOL, how does it? There is NO law that says people can not meet with important people from other countries. It would be YOUR responsibility to PROVE any negotiations are or did occur between PRIVATE citizens with leaders of other countries for the purpose of changing amending or effecting US law, policy or Government. You are aware that several of the people you claim are "secretly" meeting with these Government officials from other Countries, are in fact OUR Government officials with the authority to conduct US Business with foreign Governments AND authorize others to do so as well?

Tough sell. And of course the whole "secret" thing is a laugh. I suggest you look up the meaning of that word.

Not really. Just like I don't wonder what goes on at Corporate board meetings of VERY important Businesses.

It is not secret, it is common knowledge. They do not hide they are meeting, nor who will attend, nor does it appear they hide their agenda either. Well except to delusional loons like EOTS.

At corporate board meetings, it is a convention of people who are all employed by that corporation to make it's policy. It's normal and obviously necessary. At Bilderberg, it's a bunch of people from all sectors of the international community meeting without media coverage. There's really not even much of a comparison. And I'm sure you probably would LOVE to know what goes on at Exxon-Mobil board meetings. Who wouldn't?

I wonder what the NSA director needs to convene with a Minister of Affairs from Czech for, and why a bank CEO needs to join them.

I also wonder why we are not allowed to know what was talked about, and why corporate board members need to be present to hear things that are secret enough not to allow the press to report, but the American public can not know. And then, why our current presidential candidates are there, when we as citizens would like to know everything about them that we can before we cast our vote for them.

I don't know, call me curious. I don't have to view it as some world wide conspiracy to have some curiosity about why it happens every year, and what it's all about. Just seems kind of shady, that's all.

Some of you don't at least wonder WHY all these important people from all over the world meet once a year without any MSM coverage of what they talked about?

there public is entitled to know what was said whey......these are not elected people...not are the making policy.....there are meeting like this at the hoover institute every day....no coverage......no coverage of any other "eastern" countries meetings...

you can't be trusted and if we told you we would have to kill you.....

ya you yuk it up clown boy..people like you make it all so easy..no wonder the bilderburgs believe they are the elite and can lead the masses like lambs to the slaughter

I have no clue if these snobs are dangerous or dumb shits but I guess they all feel some need to be on the same page or something. What IS interesting to me is no media coverage of the agenda. Since when does the media ever pass up a chance at a scoop like this ?

which leader of any nation attended this years secret conference.....

I think that's the whole point, Manu. These are the 150 or so elites who might influence the policies of "leaders".

um.....isn't that their job.......and in doing their job wouldn't you want them meeting with other people in similar posistions.....

which leader of any nation attended this years secret conference.....

Obama’s Office Won’t Deny Senator Attended Bilderberg

Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet

Bilderberg sleuth Jim Tucker called Obama’s office today to ask if he had attended Bilderberg. A campaign spokeswoman refused to discuss the matter but would not deny that Obama had attended Bilderberg.

Senator Barack Obama’s office has refused to deny that the Democratic nominee attended Bilderberg last night following reports that he and Hillary Clinton were present at "an event in Northern Virginia."

As we reported earlier today, Obama’s press entourage were not informed of his secret meeting with Hillary Clinton in Northern Virginia until they were literally locked inside a plane that was taxiing down the runway on its way to Chicago.

Reporters were duped into believing that they were getting on a plane back to the campaign headquarters in Chicago with the presumptive nominee, while in reality Obama’s motorcade instead sped off in secrecy to Northern Virginia, which is also the scene of this week’s Bilderberg conference. The plane was stationed at Dulles International, which is less than a 20 minute drive from Chantilly Virginia as is shown below.

Bilderberg sleuth Jim Tucker called Obama’s office today to ask if he had attended Bilderberg. A campaign spokeswoman refused to discuss the matter but would not deny that Obama had attended Bilderberg.

According to Alex Jones, security is so tight around Bilderberg that it does befit the visit of a potential future President.

Armored cars, men in suits hanging out of vehicles with guns and what looked like Marines have all been spotted in the vicinity of the Westfields Marriott.

Despite the controversy of Obama and Hillary’s secret meeting and its obvious link to the ongoing Bilderberg conference, not one U.S. corporate media outlet, or any mainstream media outlet, has reported on over a hundred of the world’s most powerful people meeting in secret on U.S. soil.

There was one reporter from the Fairfax Times who showed up today but they were not completely confident that any such report would make it to print.

Hmm, let's see.

It could be that

a.) There is some giant intricate conspiracy while all the journalists in the MSM are sheep who really aren't journalists but instead no more than court stenographers.

or

b.) People who believe in every conspiracy theory that come down the pike are nuts.

Did NASA fake the moon landing?

The Apollo Hoax

Now prove its not true.

I didn't say anything about a conspiracy. What in the hell do they do and why the secrecy. Pretty simple question really.
