the 700k is for "nursing research" in "pregnancy prevention" in my day we would call them tom boy and not all grew into lesbians but all still had "female issues."

i assume you'd want them to not get pregnant? might be nice if some trusted adult, maybe even a nurse, could tell them how to avoid pregnancy in ways they might understand?

Only Progs can blame someone else for the stupidity of what we all do and never the person doing it. The sexual society was pushed and approved of from the then Progressive Socialists many decades ago. What did you think the result was going to be? So, we have many less nuclear hetero marriages, and they have less children because of the modern utopia we have. That seems to need more and more resources to keep people alive. And then on the commercials I see children going hungry after endless spending and getting at least two meals a day at schools.
