Ukraine security forces suffered 25 dead, in the time-frame starting then. Widely conceded, June 19 is when Trump questioned the whole foreign policy of Ukraine Assistance. Aid was stopped. The allegation is that something in 2016 may or may not have happened--an internal matter of US politics and elections.
