Best thing about a Sanders victory, nobody will ever have to work again

[Q

Corporations exist to protect owners from being treated as people. Both financially and criminally
Until conservatives opened that can of worms in citizens united

Greedy unions and filthy ass Libtard superpacs want the same protection.

Freedom of speech allows people through their organizations to give money to whoever they want. The Supreme Court declared it so.

What the Libtards want is for every Conservative organization to be prevented from giving money to candidates or causes but that every filthy ass Libtrads organization be allowed to give money as they please.

Libtards have never been big on freedom of speech when it interfered with their agenda of greed and thievery.

bankruptcy is execution of a corporation. Defining a corporation as a legal person is done to protect the employees from legal liability for the actions of the corporation. It is done to help the working people.
are you and Bernie as dumb as you appear to be?
Slap on the wrist

Let's see Texas execute corporations whose decisions kill people

Line up the executives for lethal injection

are you familiar with the fines assessed against corporations that violate EPA laws?

They are effectively executions in many cases. But, because corporations are legal persons, the blue collar employees are not held liable. But, because of Sarbanes/Oxley the executives are held liable.

As usual you know nothing about the topic and merely spout liberal bullshit talking points.
Do we fine mass murderers?

If corporations are people....subject them to capital punishment

damn but you are stupid. Do you understand the difference between "legal person" and "people" ?

corporations are considered legal persons for reasons I explained very clearly several times-----------primarily to protect employees from liability.

corporations are owned by people, and people suffer financially when corporations pay fines or go bankrupt.

yes, owners (shareholders) and employees. what do you find wrong with that?

the corporation remains liable for criminal acts, the executives are personally liable under Sarbanes/Oxley. What more do you want, do you want a welder held liable when the corporation violates EPA regs?

Imagine the American workers being able to claim more from their labor once again after decades of Republican attacks on their wages and benefits

Workers not having to worry about losing their homes, or getting sick or how they can afford to send their kids to college

We used to call it the American Dream

That is the "free stuff" Sanders is offering

I don't want free healthcare. I want a free ferrarai! Vooommm! I can now ride down the street in style with my government Iphone and my government car and my government mansion. It will be so cool. And I will be able to afford this while working at Mcdonalds.

More likely you can expect increased bargaining power with your employer. A Government who will be on your side rather than the 1%. You can expect to receive a better standard of living for the hours and hours you give to your employer

Maybe not the Ferrari you want, but being taken care of if you are sick, maybe some time off once in a while, a chance to see your kids go to college without taking a second mortgage

You know...America the way it used to be
trying to "reason &/or use logic" w/ the resident Rightards in this thread? Good luck w/ that.

People will still have to work if Sanders gets elected

But they can expect more from their labor and a larger slice of the pie

I never thought of that bro...Does this mean my circle K job will now pay millions per hour like CEOs. Wouldn't that be so cool. Wait until I tell all my guild friends that I can finally move out of the house.
Circle K! Which state?

Conservative: Businesses exist to make a profit.
Reality: Mega Corporations have exerted political influence to create a Global Employment Pool.
Reaction: it's not my job to encourage Mega Corporations to dilute my value in the market place so I will cast my vote to create a National Employment Pool.

What about those making around 80k? Dont they deserve a big raise?
I mean the boss makes way more than that right?
The boss, in many cases, makes way more than earned.

A LOT of Randian butt hurt in this thread

Sad that people (OP) are flipping-out because Bernie wants to save the disappearing middle-class

check out an econ 101 text at your local library, you might learn something. Yes, Atlas Shrugged was faction, so was 1984, but Rand and Orwell very accurately predicted what we are seeing today, a huge intrusive dictatorial federal government and a bunch of mental midget sheep following along blindly in exchange for their free shit.

So not only is the USA not the second lowest, we are one of the highest. As usual, Soros is lying and his drones are mindlessly repeating those lies.

George Clooney does what?
He never testified before Congress that all Americans are unskilled.

are you crazy? in a socialist state all the money and all of the power is concentrated in a very small group of super elites and everyone else is EQUALLY miserable. Is that what you really want?

my Effective Net is about 65%.
You're also conflating nations with various standards of living.

Seems you don't get it....as usual

Conservatives want corporations treated as people only where it increases their power....not where it increases their accountability

No, for corporations; I know, most MNCs pay zero or close to it.

Do you just make this shit up?

This from the DNC run Politifact;

{Out of the 34 countries in the OECD, America ranks first with a 39.1 percent corporate tax rate, compared to an OECD average of 24.1 percent. The OECD figure is what’s called the statutory rate, meaning the base rate applied to corporate profits.}

Does the U.S. have the highest corporate tax rate in the free world?
MNCs.
I presume you graduated 4th grade.
