No one has ever accused those on the left of understanding economics among other things. $15.00 an hour would create inflation which would eat away that fast wage increase. Most businesses would go under unless they raised their prices. Even working employees part time still means more employees to cover hours of operation. So many people thought ACA was great until they found out that a large number of businesses dropped employee hours so they did not have to pay insurance.

Bernie will either have to do with less working hours in a day. The chance of him getting the nod from the DNC is like a million to one. But funny that the great socialist gets kicked in the teeth because he does not understand his own platform.

This is a huge blunder on his part. Watch his campaign fade faster now as his staff jumps ship.

It is startling that he does not recognize every business would have to do the same thing if they raise the minimum wage.

It's not startling at all lol

Most leftist can't see out of their ideological bubble

Such is the case for all partisan wingers, not just the left.
It isn't just the partisan left wingers demanding 15 an hour minimum wage.

This could shock you, but that is not the only tools that partisans are trapped in the bubble over.

You would know.

Yes I would. As one standing outside watching the bubble fights I have a unique perspective.

Uh uh.

Minimum wage is fine where it is. The intended purpose is to get a first job, not make a career.
But how is the standard set? If one dollar is too low and $15 is too high then there should be some form of measurement and analysis to determine where it should be, right?

So is this the debate, how a standard should be set? I think we both know better, so cut the BS.
Yes, that’s absolutely the debate. What did you think it was?

Gee, let me see, well, the thread title suggests Bernie Sanders and $15/how minimum.
Right and you think that $15 is too high and you also think the government should have regulation power over this kind of stuff so me asking how the min wage gets qualified is a perfectly valid question...

The government does have regulation power over minimum wage. Christ sake dood, you always want to talk in friggen circles.

I know it does, that’s what I just said. What is confusing you?

Like I said, you talk in circles. You need to work on your reading comprehension.

What am I not understanding? You said “someone needs to oversee the market” I assume you meant government, is that right?

You then said that $15 was too high for the min wage. Did I understand that correctly?

So then the natural next question would be how do the regulators determine what the appropriate standard is for min wage?

Where is the circle talk and why aren’t you answering the question?
