The double standard of the leftist media. Until he opposed Trump, he was scum. Now he’s a shining hero on the hill.

McCain was a Dubya loyalist, which has gone down in history as among the most disastrous Presidency’s of all time. He disgraced himself in that. He also palted a part in the decades long movement to drive conservatism towards the fringe extreme. But he redeemed himself somewhat by being the only republican with the balls to stand up against the monstrosity the party has become. Too little, too late, really. But he did serve for a long time, and risked his life fighting for the nation, so he certainly deserves more credit that what the orange traitor in the White House and his minions are giving him.
