Barry declares war!!!

The intolerance, as always, of the right remains one marked by viciousness, small mindedness, and inaccuracy. See above.

The intolerance of the left is no different. Perhaps it is just the nature of intolerance?

Hey Vast LWC, quick question for you. Do you watch FoxNews? Yes or no would be enough.

I watch both MSNBC and FoxNews OCCASIONALLY, just enough to form an educated opinion of both.

Other than that, I avoid both, as I generally can't stand watching talking heads for more than a few minutes at a time.

I understand your position - however if you watch Fox News occasionally, how do you know their reporting is faulty?

You keep posting on the other threads while dodging this one.

Still waiting...

Maybe Obama should just follow the Bush administration's example and literally declare war on news outlets who's coverage they don't like. Get some negative coverage? Nothing a bombing run can't fix.

The entire Liberal dominated Mainstream Media has been falling all over themselves licking his boots yet he still actually has the nerve to whine about one Media Outlet that dares to criticize him? Whiniest White House in History? You bet!

Who did Bush try to shut down?

If only Hopey Changey would be as aggressive fighting our real enemies like Al Qaeda & the Taliban as he is fighting his own people? What a shame. So much hate and aggression directed against his own people. Declaring War on one of the very few Media Outlets that actually dares to criticize him really is pretty shameful. Whiniest White House in History? You bet!

Beyond getting in to the fact that the Bush administration took the same sort of stance toward NBC that the Obama administration is taking toward Fox, Bush also ordered air strikes during the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq on the local offices of media outlets who's coverage he didn't like (namely Al Jazeera).

Even though there's a thread on this piece, it bears repeating.

If the uber-leftist rag The Nation gigs Little Lord Obammyroy for being a whiner, you know he's in the shit.

Whiner-in-Chief

Snip

Obama should sit down with Fox reporters and anchors and do interviews. That does not mean that the president has to put up with the emotional wreckage that is Glenn Beck. But there is no reason why he shouldn't go another round with Bill O'Reilly (as Obama did during the 2008 campaign) or sit down with Chris Wallace (as Bill Clinton did).

If the Fox interviewers are absurdly unfair, the American people will respond with appropriate consternation. On the other hand, if they are aggressive and pointed in their challenges, Obama will rise or fall on the quality of his responses. His aides, if they have any faith in their man's abilities, should bend over backwards to accept some Fox interviews. They should also accept an invite from PBS' Bill Moyers, who would pose tougher – and, yes, more informed -- questions than the Foxbots.

Yeah right.
Beck would respectfully shred Obama face to face like he does daily
The Left would Howl like he had been Sarah Palin.

I agree with them, I don't think Beck is the right guy for a one on one with the O. That takes a skilled political knifeman like O'Reilly.

he is too much of a coward to do anything except fight people he thinks wont fight back...but hes finding out differently and he cant take it. barry has been coddled his whole life, he has no idea how to handle criticism. so the best thing to do is keep piling it on his crybaby ass

and seriously, who give a shit if al jazeera was bombed anyway? i sure as hell dont. one of the best things to do would be to take out the enemies media source. but alas bush left it in tact and it continued to belch its pro jihad message.
