Frank was House Banking committee chairperson with oversight responsibility for Fannie Mae during the democrat majority in the 2nd half of Bush's 2nd term. Frank told Americans that Fannie was solvent and doing fine when it was obviously on the verge of collapse. Either Frank was a fool or he set up the Fannie debacle as the biggest October surprise in history. Unfortunately the media never asked him what the hell he was talking about and of course democrats used the collapse for political gain.

I think it's important to remember that the Presidency of Donald Trump is largely a rejection of a globalist economic and political agenda. People don't like the idea of multi national corporations controlling our future. Let's hope Trump means at least part of what he says he means.

Hes like all the gay leftists on this board, he wants Obama s dick in his mouth

Nothing is going to change, watch. At some point the american public is going to have to figure out that no celebrity 1%er is coming down to same them, from them.

I think it's also important to remember that the nation that just elected Donald Trump is the same nation that elected Barrack Obama twice. Left and right don't really matter any more. Americans have been so angry, desperate, and confused for the past decade , that they will simply roll the dice and hope it doesn't come up snake eyes. The two main parties are as good as dead, they just haven't realized it yet.

So he chose people who represent those multi national corporations for his cabinet. It doesn't look good for the people.

I think you mean "we're", the wall will never happen, regulation will do what it does now, protect the substantial people and corporate power/wealth at the expense of society at large, and really now; Trump treated you like children and you loved it.

Recycled swamp rats and Goldman Sachs; the bipartisan continuity is steadfast.

Americans are generally very susceptible to advertising , so it isn't too surprising to see people respond favorably to sophisticated marketing techniques and name recognition. Having Hilary Clinton as an opponent helps too.

"Americans are generally very susceptible to advertising", which is why once the FCC was deregulated during the Clinton administration, corporate power and wealth bought up the american media machinery; to push american perceptual reality toward the state it is now in.

Regulation in and of itself is neither good, bad, or indifferent. Your media being owned by only 6 major multinational corporations is the result of deregulation of the FCC under Clinton.

Watch, there will be no wall Mexico pays for, don't be silly.

I agree some regulations are good, but the vast majority are either bearucrats on a power trip, wanting to justify their existance, to stop rivals(mostly companies) or to try and install socialism

Wall will be built and Mexico will pay for it, one way or another.

You're as nuts as Don is on this wall biz, watch. Yeah, we agree, regulations and the struggle over them are pretty much corporate power asserting its influence over the unsubstantial people and to the detriment of society at large. The very last thing the "job creator" class wants in this society is a level playing field.
