An investigation by The Baltimore Sun last year found that the number of corpses at the Maryland medical examiner’s office with at least 10 gunshot wounds had doubled in the past decade.

Again....using a gun to commit a crime gets you put in jail....that is what has to happen....putting a normal, law abiding gun owner in jail because his gun holds more than 10 bullets, even though he did not use the gun to commit rape, robbery or murder is stupid.....

We already have laws that put people in jail if they use a gun to commit an actual crime.....we have laws on the books that allow you to put a felon in jail if they are caught with an illegal gun....

Banning the sale of extended magazines reduces their availability to criminals as well. Magazines, as well as almost any other gun part can be manufactured in anyone's garage with simple hand tools. Your arguments are dumb.

So there is the normal gun owner, never commits a crime, never uses their gun to commit a crime..with a stroke of the pen, their gun can no longer have 11 -17 rounds of ammo.....while the criminal uses these same guns no matter the penalty...
