Kalam, that is one thing I'm ashamed of the Spanish Monarchs after the Spanish Victory over the moors..

The only thing that could justify that in a way was due to the fact the Spanish Monarchs needed to unite the Country and apparently get rid of Non-Catholics. I wouldn't have done that, I'd let Jews live in Spain if they wanted..

EDIT: One thing I found a couple months ago was that one of my ancestors was one of the Jews who were sacked from Spain for not being Catholic. I'm not sure if he converted or not. But there's a memorial in Spain about those Jews. And Mothers last name was in the front of a book found back then.

I'm not 100% sure, but part of my last name is Jewish in Spain.
