This makes sense to me. It's about single occupancy restrooms. If you have two single occupancy restrooms labeled Male and Female respectively often times one sex is standing there waiting while the other rest room is free. This law just moves the line along quicker and doesn't mix the sexes IN the restroom together at the same time.

And one restroom is decently clean and the other one is not.

Single occupancy rentals have mostly disappeared from America, which gap gives the Pimp and real-estate mafias an excuse for experimenting on the prisoners, let alone the public bathroom pathologies of class difference fronting as race or sexual difference. The men’s room was centered around the urinals. Just mop the floor and clean out whatever they threw in the urinals
