There is no buying nor selling fetal tissue that results from an abortion. Such tissue is medical would be thrown away. Permission to use fetal tissue the result of an Abortion is allowed as as the Mother has both knowledge of the use of such tissue and gives her permission for the use of such tissue.

No buying or selling is allowed under United States Federal Law. The cost of shipping and handling is allowed, but that is NOT buying and selling.
