I believe an Article 5 convention will happen in our lifetimes. I think a lot of people on both sides of the isle fear this idea, but it may be inevitable. Also, once it is successfully done once, it could become a common occurrence. Once Harry Reid opened the can of worms on simple majority, now it cemented in. Same thing could happen, with repeated conventions every generation. Who knows how it works out. But, the option exists for a reason, and the American people can certainly use this option if they so choose.

The regressives will never support an Article V convention because they know they could never get support form 3/4ths of the States for any of their pet projects. How many people does the OP imagine have read Mein Kampf? Whatever that number is, does it make those readers "Hitler"?
