What Obama did has now been taken away--or put into suspense(?)--in the matter of constraining the children of undocumented Hispanics through DACA. They had to provide a registry of themselves. In the event of criminal conviction, the registry status--allowing for the other visibility--was revoked.

The Trump Administration has put itself on record as not being entirely interested in even knowing where any undocumented people are to be ffound(?).

The brings up the subject of an enumerated power of the executive: ". . . .he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed," which President Obama actually did.

In an oblique turn of events, what Obama did further conveyed a right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of Cannabis, even. The whereabouts of the children are known, because they have a special immigration status. The Japanese Americans had a different, but similar status in WWII. The whereabouts of each group were known. DACA is not unprecedented. It is simply more humane. Many claim internment to have been humane: To keep the Trump voter, White Nazis, away from a target population--if not directly stated.

Since the humane status has been conferred, then Amendment Five Due Process further applies.

DACA will likely be upheld under any Court scrutiny, at last.

What Obama did was set up a mass migration of illegals pouring into our country by having their children all show up at the same time at the same place. We are to pretend that these kids just finished their breakfast and raced off to the American border in unison. Then Obama used those children, now separated from their families, to swarm their parents and send those new democratic votes into our country to claim their now American citizen children. It had nothing to do with upholding our immigration laws. It is just the opposite.
