Looks like this explains why he was on the streets at 2am.

Arrest made in SF killing of Bob Lee — tech exec’s alleged killer also worked in tech

Mission Local is informed that the San Francisco Police Department early this morning made an arrest in the April 4 killing of tech executive Bob Lee, following an operation undertaken outside the city’s borders. The alleged killer also works in tech and is a man Lee purportedly knew.

We are told that police today were dispatched to Emeryville with a warrant to arrest a man named Nima Momeni. The name and Emeryville address SFPD officers traveled to correspond with this man, the owner of a company called Expand IT.

Wait........I thought it was some random killer, and part of the unchecked violence that has overtaken San Francisco?

This does not fit the narrative.

Apparently not in this particular case, although with San Fran's new reality it was an easy prediction of who was responsible. Go with the odds every time is what I always say.

58 murders last year in SF. 214 in Dallas, nearly quadruple, despite only 50% more people.

It was always a dipshit narrative.

It does make sense for you to assume that. That place is crime infested afterall. Turns out that it was just a regular old fashion revenge murder this time. :dunno:

There were 16 murders per 100,000 in Dallas, 12.4 per 100,000 in Tampa, 12.6 in Ft. Worth, 12.3 murders per 100,000 in Phoenix, 70 murders per 100,000 in New Orleans. St. Louis, 88 murders per 100,000, Memphis had 44.4 murders per 100,000.

San Francisco? 7 per 100,000.

You need to get out more.

Is murder the only crime in existence? Of course their murder rate is low; they dont have a black community. What they do have is a shitload of other crimes.

Its the crime being discussed in this thread.

Just because reality doesn't match the panty shitting conservative narrative doesn't mean that reality changes.

Perhaps if you shot an AR-15 at some Bud Light the numbers would change?

It's not just murders, it's crime in general, and for the last # of years now San Fran has seen a lot of crime, much more so than in the past. There's a reason for instance that even in wokeland San Francisco, they kicked their ultra-woke DA out of office because of the rise in crime and the lack of doing anything about it.

I looked up the Austin rate, just slightly higher than SF. Then I looked up Houston.

Or Memphis. Or Ft. Worth. Or St. Louis. Toledo. Knoxville. Little Rock. Cincinnati. Richmond. Cleveland. Kansas City. Dayton.

So in a thread about a murder, you refuse to talk about murders.

I accept your concession with all the grace it deserves.

This was from a couple years back. Perhaps you should look beyond just the actual city limits of San Francisco.

"Daimon Ferguson was one of 456 people violently killed across the greater San Francisco Bay Area last year, according to data reported to California’s department of justice."

Aren't there ten million people in the Bay area?

EDIT: 7.6mm so back down to 6 per 100,000. Same as Austin! :texflag:

We're not taking about the "San Francisco bay area'.

We're talking about San Francisco. Its a city with only 7 murders per 100,000 people. Compare that with St. Louis that has 88.

If your argument had merit, you wouldn't have desperately tried to move the goal posts.

Try again.

St Louis's murders are almost exclusively due to the large black male population.

As for San Fran, you still have to look at the entire bay area to get a good sense of how violent the area is. There are worse cities for murder, but it's ridiculous "homeless" population means you're going to see a lot of other crime as well as violent crime. Maybe if left wing policies didn't attract "homeless" like flies to shit, it might be a decent place to live. Since we know that we'll only continue to see left wing loons run the place, we know we'll never see a resolution. Which means, it's a good place to avoid. Where's a good earthquake when you need one?

No, you don't. To get the murder rate in San Francisco, you need to look at San Francisco.

The stats on SF laughably contradict your silly narrative. So you've moved your goal post, insisting that San Francisco is ACTUALLY Oakland, despite being separated by the bay and being completely different cities. That San Francisco is ACTUALLY Santa Rosa despite it being an hour away. Or Concord. Or Emeryville. Or Milpitas.

Nope. San Francisco is San Francisco.

And it has 7 murders per 100,000.

Try again. Maybe try blaming black people more for why you're wrong. Or shoot some Bud Light with an AR-15 in hopes of getting different stats.
