1. I am legally allowed to use deadly force against a Dog, any time I CHOOSE TO FEEL THREATENED by ANY dog, FOR ANY REASON, PERIOD.

2. The Dog does not have ANY legal Standing, and doesn't have ANY rights, and is NOT a Citizen of the United States, NOR an Arkansan.

3. As far as ANY Arkansas State Court is Concerned, The Dog is an Inanimate Object whose EQUALS are Trees, Empty Soda Cans, Butter Knives, Trucks, Cars and Lawnmowers.

4. I have the right to use deadly force against any person, who attempts to use deadly force, to get revenge for me killing his dog in self defense.
