It is illegal in the UK to use a cell phone while driving, but people still do it. Stupid, stupid, stupid people. A few weeks ago, I saw a woman driving with three kids - none wearing seatbelts - and she was talking on a cell. That woman deserves to lose her kids. I took her licence number and reported her to the police.

I could not agree more. Cell phone distraction causes 2,600 deaths and 330,000 injuries in the United States every year.
