montelatici, et al,

Again, this is nonsense...

You mean freedom fighters resisting Zionist terrorism.
(COMMENT)

I'm not sure that there is any such thing as a Radical Islamic movement that represent freedom and democracy in the Arab Palestinian culture.

One election (a decade ago) does not make a democratic or free nation. Especially when they cannot change the reigns of power in a non-violent manner.

The non-Jews have every right to never submit to colonization and dispossession by an aggressive group of European Zionists supported by the colonial power par excellence..

As Mahatma Ghandi said:

"The same God rules the Arab heart who rules the Jewish heart... They will find the world opinion in their favor in their religious aspiration. There are hundreds of ways of reasoning with the Arabs, if they will only discard the help of the British bayonet. As it is, they are co-sharers with the British in despoiling a people who have done no wrong to them. I am not defending the Arab excesses. I wish they had chosen the way of non-violence in resisting what they rightly regarded as an unwarrantable encroachment upon their country. But according to the accepted canons of right and wrong, nothing can be said against the Arab resistance in the face of overwhelming odds."

Dufus acts like he doesn't know that there are Muslim Arab representatives in the Israeli Parlaiment.

As long as most of the non-Jews under Jew control can be prevented from voting, by claiming they are citizens of the equivalent of Bantustans, Jew rule is assured. The Apartheid government of South Africa used the same technique.
So despite that nonsense and gibberish which caused you to put your hoof in your mouth, you lied, there are many non Jewish representatives in the Israeli Parlaiment, which is it's governing body.

Why would any country want to invest in the undeveloped Palestinians?
With Israeli bulldozers waiting in the wing.
(COMMENT)

The activity of the bulldozer is limited to those instances necessary to maintain law and order or to neutralize structures being used as safe havens and to provide material support to jihadist, terrorist, insurgents, hostile fedayeen, and other asymmetric threats.

It is as simple as this:
• The Arab League and the Hostile Arab Palestinian (HoAP) made a "solemn declaration before the United Nations, before God and history," that they will "never submit or yield to any power going to Palestine to enforce partition." Powerful Arab interests, both inside and outside Palestine, are defying the resolution of the General Assembly recommended and deliberately attempting to alter by force the outcome initiated by the Allied Powers in the era of the Great War, now a century past.

In 1948, the Arab League violated the basic tenant within 2625 (XXV) Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Co-operation among States, when they used force against the territorial integrity and political independence of to the newly formed State of Israel; when Arab League collective

As Permanent Court of International Justice (PCIJ) said in the Mavrommatis Palestine Concessions case:

"It is an elementary principle of international law that a State is entitled to protect its subjects, when injured by acts contrary to international law committed by another State, from whom they have been unable to obtain satisfaction through the ordinary channels." (Mavrommatis Palestine Concessions, Judgment No. 2,1924)
• In this case, the State of Israel, exercising its right to self-determination as recommended by the General Assembly of the United Nations, the "Steps Preparatory to Independence," is entitled to defend its sovereignty, integrity and it citizens from the external interference and hostile action collectively carried out by the Arab League. Additionally, the Arab League made no attempt to end the conflict initiated by the Arab League attack in 1948, until the Egyptian Peace Treaty of 1979 and later the Jordanian Treaty in 1994. The open conflict was still active by Lebanon and Syria, with the HoAP routinely conducting acts of terrorism, paramilitary raids, attacks by indirect fire and other acts of hostility; including (but not limited to) the Rule 6. Civilians are protected against attack, unless and for such time as they take a direct part in hostilities; Rule 11. Indiscriminate attacks are prohibited; Rule 23. Each party to the conflict must, to the extent feasible, avoid locating military objectives within or near densely populated areas; Rule 24. Each party to the conflict must, to the extent feasible, remove civilian persons and objects under its control from the vicinity of military objectives.
It should be noted that the HoAP, in its continuing efforts to suppress the right of the Israeli peoples to self-determination, and:

• Resolution 1373 (2001) by providing support, active or passive, to entities or persons involved in terrorist acts, including by suppressing recruitment of members of terrorist groups and eliminating the supply of weapons to terrorists;
• Resolution 2133 (2014) thorugh acts, methods, and practices of terrorism are contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations and that knowingly financing, planning and inciting terrorist acts are also contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations;

There is little question that the ongoing conflict is a direct result of the HoAP and elements within the Arab Community that support terrorism and conflict.

Remember, even after the Armistice, the HoAP continued the conflict.

You will have no doubt have noticed that even Gandhi observed the "Arab Excesses" in their struggle.

I would get off the any attempt at trying to draw a comparison between the two struggles. The British had no Colonial Strategy to assimilate any part of Palestine into the Empire. The establishment of a Jewish National Home (JNH) was not an encroachment (or as you often portray it as an invasion) of Arab territory. There was no "Arab Territory" (territory under the autonomous and sovereign rule by an Arab national authority); it was relinquished Ottoman Territory --- formerly under the imperial sovereignty of the Sultan.

(IF-THEN STATEMENT of TRUTH)

IF the territory in question had been, even once, in the proceeding millennium, under the sovereignty of some Arab Authority, THEN maybe the Arabs of the region might have some sort of validity to their claim.

When the Ottoman/Turks renounced all rights and title over the territories, it did so with the knowledge and understanding that the Allied Powers would chart the future of these territories.

First, ask yourself, is this not normal for the Arab Middle East Region. Sharia, or Islamic law, (The Path) influences the legal code in most Muslim countries.

Was their an intent to create a Jewish National Home (JNH)? And did the leadership of the Allied Powers think that something other than Judeo-Christian ethics would be the prime-mover of the JNH.

There are many nations in the Arab World, having a majority Muslim citizenship, that have a dual system in which the government is secular but Muslims can choose to bring familial and financial disputes to sharia courts. While the laws and interpretations vary a little, from country to country, but usually legal driver in terms marriage, divorce, inheritance, financial guardianship and trusteeships. In Islamic fundamentalist states forbid enactment of legislation that is antithetical to Islam.

Article 2(7) UN Charter

Nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state or shall require the Members to submit such matters to settlement under the present Charter; but this principle shall not prejudice the application of enforcement measures under Chapter VII.

There are very few Islamic States that do not have laws peculiar to Islamic Law; some with their own Religious Police.

The Discriminatory Database is a political ploy. It is meant to project the image that the JHN of Israel does something abnormal in the Arab League and Muslim World.

You are such a propagandist. You will have noticed that Gandhi stated that he believed the Arabs had very right to resist although he would have preferred that they had used peaceful resistance to wit:

"I wish they had chosen the way of non-violence in resisting what they rightly regarded as an unwarrantable encroachment upon their country. But according to the accepted canons of right and wrong, nothing can be said against the Arab resistance in the face of overwhelming odds."

The two struggles are exactly the same and Gandhi recognized this fact, as do all people with half a brain.

It makes no difference who ruled the territory prior. The native inhabitants had the only claim pursuant to Article 22 of the Covenant of the League of Nations.

European colonists certainly had no claim nor the right to dispossess the native Christians and Muslims.

Palestine,as the map is labeled, was invaded by European colonists. The native inhabitants had every right to resist European colonization and continue to have a right to resist it, regardless of what the UN, controlled by colonial powers, decided. The Arab League intervened in an attempt to defend against the European invasion of Palestine and the ongoing ethnic cleansing and genocide perpetrated by the Europeans and their European and U.S. enablers.

If there is no difference between Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories (oPt), then the conflict is a domestic matter, outside international jurisdiction.

P F Tinmore, et al,

I am growing to appreciate your more Surreal Comedy Topical Satire.

• Resolution 1373 (2001) by providing support, active or passive, to entities or persons involved in terrorist acts, including by suppressing recruitment of members of terrorist groups and eliminating the supply of weapons to terrorists;
• Resolution 2133 (2014) thorugh acts, methods, and practices of terrorism are contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations and that knowingly financing, planning and inciting terrorist acts are also contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations;

There is little question that the ongoing conflict is a direct result of the HoAP and elements within the Arab Community that support terrorism and conflict.

Remember, even after the Armistice, the HoAP continued the conflict.

Rocco's standing joke.

Where is that 1948 map of so called Israel?

Where is that map of so called Israel without those armistice lines that are specifically not to be political or territorial boundaries?

I await your response.

UN Map #82

Now I fully expect you will reject this Map as you have all the others presented to you. But the fact remains that at the time of the 1949 Armistice Agreements, Israel had effective control over territory the Arab League invaded with the intent of expanding thier territorial ambitions and prevent the implementation of the General Assembly adopted recommendations.

Palestine,as the map is labeled, was invaded by European colonists. The native inhabitants had every right to resist European colonization and continue to have a right to resist it, regardless of what the UN, controlled by colonial powers, decided. The Arab League intervened in an attempt to defend against the European invasion of Palestine and the ongoing ethnic cleansing and genocide perpetrated by the Europeans and their European and U.S. enablers.
Attempting to rewrite history as you do is a fool's errand.

There was no invasion of the geographic area called "Palestine" excepting the invasion by Arab-Moslem squatters from Egypt, Syria and Lebanon, subsequent to the invasion / occupation by the Turks.

The later invasion by Arab-Moslem armies with the expressed intent of driving the Jews into the sea would define the later attempts and failures of islamist armies.

Basically, your ignorant propaganda has been refuted on many previous occasions so your continued, pointless propaganda makes you something of a laughable joke.
