On a non political spout, there are people who are not meant for some ways of employment. Or dealing with individuals who have specific issues. You can find it in day care centers and old aged homes and other places. Schools have become ore like that in ways.It takes men and women who have compassion/empathy or at least sense when they do their work no matter how distasteful it may seem. On a rowdy student. What do you do? It breaks down the cohesion of the class room and school. Would the school districts and judges allow a small padded room in schools to insert a student until a decision can be made or is that out of bounds? Adults haze and try other adults and we see how it ends up at times.
