You can't get anymore frivolous than this.

<< Craig Barr of East Ridge, Tennessee, has filed a civil summons against Popeyes Chicken for wasting his time.
In the summons, Barr wrote he is suing the popular franchise for “false advertising, deceptive business practices by entity to public. Countless time wasted driving to and from Popeyes. No chicken sandwich. Was told to come back this day- still no sandwich.” >>

Tennessee Man Sues Popeyes for Running out of Chicken Sandwiches

We've got to get these frivolous lawsuits out of our justice system.

Wonder if he owns guns...that is the question.

He wants 5,000 bucks for having his time wasted. Apparently wasting the court’s time isn’t much of a concern for him. Sounds like this twat needs a life.

So I can sue when the liquor store runs out of my favorite booze?

Sure, but you would be a retard for doing so and your case would be dismissed once the judge stopped laughing.

You need to watch this

It's you conservatives who have been duped. Take for example the story of the woman who sued McDonald for $1 million for burning herself with coffee. The truth is, McDonald was serving their coffee almost boiling and they refused to pay her $20K medical bills or change their policy, s

They only offered her $800 dollars. They gave her no choice but to go to court. So the jury found McD acted so irresponsible. 2.7 million. Stella settled for $600K. One story where one person beat corporate lawyers. After, they spent years on a disinformation campaign about "frivolous lawsuits" When the truth is, it's irresponsible corporations who have convinced you that frivolous lawsuits are a problem. Pzizer, phillip morris, Texaco, they all financed the misinformation that silly lawsuits were rampant. NOT TRUE.

So it's you cons who've been brainwashed by corporations. This is just more evidence that's true.

sealybobo suing over a restaurant not having a chicken sandwich is stupid, he suffered no injury or loss.

What if the company you worked for was late or out of a product you sold a client, should your client be able to sue you and your company? You failed to deliver, seems to me you should pay.
